Yearly bonus based upon company, team, and individual performance. Asurion pays quite a bit of the insurance bill as well!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Especially through the trials and tribulations that Covid has presented, they have done a great job of keeping lower level leaders and staff informed of what is happening in the company, why. and projected next steps, milestones, etc.
