Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that I am paid at the low level of my range and not paid for my scope of support, as compared to other employees at my level.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They challenge and they ask us to move fast, but they reward and recognize consistently and appropriately. They also "keep it real". They are executives and they are incredibly smart and talented but they are human beings and I see and feel that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The scope that I have is broad and the number of direct reports is substantial. Compared to peers who have a narrow scope and one/two (or no direct reports) my fear is compensation is not equitable. As a hispanic woman and based on industry trends it is most likely I am not compensated equally.
