Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In looking at similar roles at competitive companies, the salaries are often higher, with a faster track to promotion.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Cross functional communciations. Teams can be very siloed, which has large downstream impacts for project completion and decision making.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we are not promoted based on performance, but based on an arbitrary timeline assigned to given roles. Also, if people are more tenured, they are making significantly less than new hires.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leaders are very helpful and aligned. However, the overall company leadership team is not direct or explicit enough. I wish more information was made available on a regular basis, not just townhalls indexed without numbers.
