I am remote but I enjoy in person meetings and getting a chance to spend time with co-workers in person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company a very long time and I know that newer employees make more than I do. Salary compression is high but I do believe this should be reviewed more regularly and balanced out for long-term, loyal employees.
