When the management team decides that they need additional work done, they assign it to the coaches with no regard to the amount of work they are already doing. We also get no break from the required work to actually relax during any time off we want to take. We are micromanaged.

Our pay is not relative to the amount of work we are asked to complete daily/weekly/monthly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is secure. We are not affected by the economy. Nobody is giving up their devices anytime soon
