The compensation package provides financial security for my family and me. My wages are competitive, and the benefits and culture outweigh the need to look elsewhere for higher compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my peers support me and I can support them. I know that if they are struggling or if I am struggling we are all one team and help each other succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love when I know that my work is making a difference! I love that I get to help our operations teams manage their performance effectively! I get to meet people from all over the organization, hear what they struggle with, and then help develop solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing at Asurion is the people. Everyone at Asurion wants to offer value and help our customers! "Being actually helpful" and kind is ingrained in our culture. We have an entrepreneur-type environment full of self-motivated people. It makes for an exciting place to work!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the company has invested in me as an employee. They offer work-life balance, care about their employees and the communities they live in. My leadership provides me opportunities to learn and grow and celebrates my accomplishments. I could not ask for a better company to work for!
