feeling like I've accomplished something and helped others in some way.

having a sense of accomplishment and that I'm valued for my expertise

I believe they take an interest in me as a person, not just an employee.

there is flexibility based on my specific needs, we are not forced to accept one thing.

in general I feel like everyone wants to be cohesive as a team and I don't really see the same negative competition/one-upsmanship you get other places.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There has been progress in increasing inclusivity- not all the way there yet, but it is encouraging that the effort put in to grow and change the culture.
