I like how our leadership team keeps the rest of the company up-to-date on how things are going, where the company is planning to go and how we'll do it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I view the flexibility of schedules as the best part of the compensation package. While it may not be direct money in my pocket, it allows me to much better manage work and my family life/needs.
