I love my job and I love Asurion. We have a great culture and the best team! But we need to improve work-life-balance for our employees. There is too much work and it never ends. I work twice as much a "normal" person would work.

We are very entrepreneurial, collaborative, fast, and innovative. I love seeing all that we've accomplished together in such a short amount of time.

I love my team. Everyone is so talented, collaborative and optimistic about the future. I feel we can accomplish anything by working together as one team!

They do a great job painting the vision and creating a sense of purpose beyond just business results. I feel empowered to innovate and shape the direction of the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love learning new things and finding solutions to improve our customers and employees lives and drive business results. II'm happy when I'm growing professionally, helping others (customers & employees). and driving results. I like working on the most important projects because I feel purposeful!
