The core group of folks I work with are intelligent and work extremely hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do have a very positive culture, mostly created by us and spread throughout.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I live in an area that has a very high cost of living, my compensation is not comparable to others in the same type of positions. I have to work a second job to be able to pay my rent.
