We're a hungry team that wants to win and usually makes the best decisions that drive business while prioritizing people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be very effective at making the company money. I do believe they truly care about their people, as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I support people: seeing a lightbulb go off over someone's head while they come to an important realization is like crack for me.

It's a very collaborative atmosphere. There's support when you need it, and at least in my experience, enough trust and autonomy to feel self-empowered.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Affordable healthcare that is tailored to me, and the free Lyra sessions are very cool. Excited about the gym opening in the gulch hub, and the free parking there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The divine discontent ethos makes the working environment fun. The leadership team really does seem to care about fostering a culture where I can bring my full self to work.

The physical working conditions are top-notch, there is a strong sense that you can divide your work and personal time, there is a strong culture of development that permeates all levels of the organization
