Asurion is not afraid to fail. They push you to try something and if it does not work out - that is ok.

I am paid more than some of my peers that are employed at similar companies. The unlimited PTO is a huge bonus as well

We take One Team seriously - there has not been a person I have asked a question to or needed help and been turned down or pawned off on someone else.

We have Bi-Weekly Zoom meetings with the Executive Team. Not only do they discuss company goals and initiatives, but also highlight areas Asurion is excelling. It makes you feel 'plugged in' to the company as a whole.

There is a high level of transparency throughout the company. You will know where we are and where we are going. When we are and are not hitting goals. From the top down you can feel that Asurion cares about their employees and their families.

Asurion not only pays very well compared to the market but the benefits package is top notch. Several options for medical coverages and levels of coverage. There are added benefits like Lyra (free counseling) and unlimited PTO are some of the extras you can expect at Asurion
