I love the people I work with; most times it's more like a group of friends coming together to solve problems versus a dreaded work environment.

My team - the people I work with are the ones who make it all worth while. I am surrounded and supported by a great team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have bi-weekly check-ins with the CEO where we talk about the latest news affecting the company - I love that transparency and openness and willingness to share with the company leaders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salary ranges have been the limiting factor and when you reach the top of the range you no longer receive pay increases; but the ranges feel woefully out of date with what is happening in the market place and the skills that I am bringing to the table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my team, they are a group of dedicated hard working professionals who give their all every single day at work. We do lots of projects, we fix lots of problems and we deliver with high quality but still find time to have fun in what we do
