Overall Asurion is a great company the issues are there is no consistency and because of this some of us are treated different than others. Some are valued and others are not,some get aways with things they should not and others are held accountable

We work well together and are always ready to help each other and we value and respect each other and what we bring to the position. We also trust each other

I feel this way because over the past 6-8 months we have been given additional responsibilities that have us at time working Sunday to Sunday and late hours and we have not been compensated for it. We manage 3 different types of business 1. Instore, 2. Messaging and Sales in messaging and 3. In Home
