open and honest, look out for one and other, very collaborative in our approach, dedicated to the success of the team
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to create my own path, working on challenging tasks, the support I get from others. The flexibility to manage my day and create a work/life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
definitely would like to see the 401k match increased to 5 or 6% dollar for dollar, stock options for Sr. Manager level with tenure greater than 10 years, either merit increases that keep up with inflation OR more proactive market salary adjustments
