I have been with Asurion for 15 years, nothing stays the same and we are always moving forward so that keeps it exciting, I learn something everyday. I enjoy my co workers and always look forward to new challenges.

My team and immediate peers are great and team focused, helpful, willing to teach each other as well

All of it really, Asurion is open to money discussions and try to get us all bonuses even on bad years.
What makes you most happy at work?
interacting and being able to solution problems within my own team and help others solution, brain storming with members not on my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i just think it is hard to do what we do and to not have even a conversation in over a year on my own growth is unacceptable
