Right now, what makes me happy when I am here is talking to the people who report to me. Knowing them just makes me happy.

I was making ICP regularly with my team I am a bit concern about this as I transition into another role but that is something I will deal with as I go.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family the people who I work with know what's up and will help me in my times of need and struggle and then be just as there for me when things go great!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Right, now it's tech issues and being split apart from my coworkers that I have worked with for the last six years. I am terrified that I am going to be given the short stick and let go. I can't change this nor can anyone else but an IT that knows how to solve complex issues would be nice.
