What makes you most happy at work?

co-workers (Most of them are previous co-workers)

What are some of the best things about your team?

My previous team had reported to me for years. We are more like family

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Ben Smith, he is the absolute BEST manager I have ever worked for. He is personal, genuinely cares about you and your family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ARR site was previously a very warm, welcoming place to work. We had a lot of fun and laughs. However, since permanently laying off the site director and several others leaving the company, it is not the same place anymore.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay for experts are almost that of a coach, when you add in their ICP, sales bonus, etc. The complete their job and go home at the end of the day. As a coach, you are required to work as many hours as it takes to get the job completed, which includes your normally scheduled days off.
