The beginning was amazing, there was a manager who cared, team building, i looked forward to it, now theres 3 managers and were segmented, and all we talk about is sales, which is exhausting because no one wants to hear it

Stop running the field team with call center style management; its lazy and ineffective.

Its not their fault. Leadership likes to hear themselves talk, but doesnt put in the effort to buld the team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Investment in their employees. Leaving a field team from home isnt leadership, its baby sitting. Management is cold, and only cares about sales.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation seems random, not based on merit, and increases are laughable. Theres little motivation to do better other than fear of losing your job. Leadership based on fear always fails.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make #oneteam mean something. It feels like a manager race to see whos liked more by senior management, no one cares about the morale of the frontline worker unless it fits inside their own scope of understanding.
