
If there was ramp up pay for training until we can make sales
I wish there was a way we could spend more time with our coworkers so we can learn more best practices and be able to ask them questions
Being more clear because in one instance their saying we aren't going to fault you in training we know you are going to make mistakes. Then afterward say you have to do this right it's unacceptable to do it wrong. I know by the verbiage the coach is using that our mistakes are strikes
