What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how our leadership is very aware of how employees feel or would react to certain business decisions. They always over-communicate to ensure everyone feels part of the strategy behind every key decision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel based on industry, my compensation might be a bit below standard. Corrective actions have started to take place, but I'd feel better if I was paid based on the current average in the industry. Also - I'd like to be paid fairly compared to my peers with less experience.
