
This month I have 8 years working at Asurion. I am appreciated for the skills and knowledge that I have gained over my long career. I am involved in ERG's. I feel valued land appreciated by my department and leaders.
Have worked in different departments in my 9 years here. Able to bring what I do best with the team I work with. Lot's of fun activities and celebrations. Knowing the company is healthy and growing is awesome. The facilities are great also.

They keep employees updated on the Company, stay tuned in and interested in events that impact people. They are also willing to try new things.
Really like being back to work in person. Like seeing people and being in meetings in person. Love the amenities of the new building.
They keep everyone updated on goals/achievements! They recognize their employees for living the values in addition to just metrics. They are experienced leaders. There really is a work hard/play hard mentality. In my department, bringing your whole self is really encouraged.
The communicate well with each other and show up as a united team. They are friendly, smart and keep us updated on important company information that may affect us. They hold each other and us accountable for providing great customer service and growth goals.
We are the support arm for the Operations Teams. Our department is always looking for ways to support in new and different ways. Leaders are friendly. I love our quarterly departmental updates. They are informative, fun and meetings that you don't want to miss.
We are always trying to improve in our culture, D&I. We do not shy away from things going on in the country/world that may impact employees. We try to hire smarter people. We have grown socially as a company in the last few years. There are opportunities galore for people willing to work hard.
