i love our company...i do think the stress level is often ignored or not truly recognized...i'm not in IT, but i'm concerned we will lose even more IT folks because the workload is non-stop and I don't see investment in supporting these teams.

The bonus structure is solid, and I know I get paid at the right range for my job title.

they are engaged...they are focused on the right things...the direction our company is going is one that has a ton of potential and excitement

ERGs at Asurion are great and cultivate an inclusive environment...Supply Chain is a very positive and supportive culture..we have fun and we can get the proper training we need
