From my first Interview until now it has been a wonderful experience working here. I am glad to be able to transfer from one part of the company to another when my skillset is a good fit for another position. I want to give Ace Recognition to Offshore and Contractors bc I work with them frequently.

I like the unlimited PTO. I can take time away when I need to.

I enjoy the way we are responsive when someone reaches out for help, we respect one another in a professional yet polite manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can tell that they listen and respect my opinion and take everything into consideration. They present information about what our company is doing in an exciting and engaging format.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is setup in a way that I can use my Strengths. My team took the Strengths Finder then we discussed how we work together as a team when each of us come from a perspective of our strength. My leader recognizes me when I use my strengths, this helps me perform better at work.
