I like the team I'm on. I have autonomy and stability. I don't think the pay and benefits are outstanding, and I wish the company was less discriminatory in the pursuit of D&I.

Pretty good. I just hate that it's so progressive that I feel uncomfortable talking about any of my opinions/values. I just keep my mouth shut to keep the peace and keep my job.

The company loves to give recognition when you're doing a good job.

The same job on another team pays more. If they were the same, I'd feel much better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fairness in hiring and promoting.. Leadership discriminates in the pursuit of diversity. Discrimination based on race/gender, no matter who it benefits, is wrong.

We are constantly understaffed and therefore overworked. The pay is not very competitive. The D&I initiatives are discriminatory especially when it comes to recruiting practices.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. The internal recruiting team is paid far less than the external recruiting team. I'd like them to be paid the same. Also, I'd rather be non-exempt considering I'm constantly working nights and weekends.
