very disappointed and feel I was lied to to take this job.... Easy physically but mentally terrible.

shifts don't communicate with each other. Not all are given same work load.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No possibility of advancement. poor raises. Not matching pay for same skills in the local area. Never recognized.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay a fair wage. promote from within. hire and promote based on skills. stop punishing unvaccinated employee's. Give more holiday's.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
no hope of growth in the company if your a white male..... Don't meet your quota. Should promote on skills instead of color of your skin.
