Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Asurion has given me plenty of room to grow and has encouraged me to try new opportunities as they become available inside the company. Overall work life is pretty flexible that is mostly dependent on the role/leader that you report to and their personal views.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited PTO is the best part

What are some of the best things about your team?

Open and Transparent and enjoy sharing new ideas with them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Constant emails and updates are given at least a high overview

Team work, Collaborating on projects, mentoring and being able to help others.

They seem to be making an honest effort to improve the company culture and diversity at Asurion

Team Camaraderie is strong on my team, we are engaged and enjoy constantly finding ways to improve ourselves.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They have spent alot of time being honest about inclusiveness and are actively trying to engage all cultures.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonuses are the best part when the company makes them, as well as a pretty decent system for identifying what insurance is right for you.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company seems to have a misguided approach to understanding the current employee market, Remote/Hybrid work is more critical then ever for retention, and by constantly pushing for in office work(even if it is good) is counter productive to to the trust factor and remote distribution of the team
