I have been treated as a valuable contributor since the first day, and have had consistent opportunity to grow and take new roles. The culture is fantastic, even while the work is very challenging, and the company lives divine discontent and is always looking for the opportunity to improve.

The bonus is paid above target virtually every year (for performing employees) - it's not a "maybe" part of the comp

I get to work with really smart and engaged people and constantly have opportunities to grow, develop, and impact the business

It is truly a work hard-play hard environment where we celebrate successes together, but everyone it honestly allowed to be themselves in all aspects

They are engaged and receptive, not fixating on what's already been determined - they are open to change course as the situation deems necessary and look for ways to better position the company going forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am most concerned about my team - we pay below the median for the market and they are constantly bombarded with better offers from competitors. We cannot compete with comp offers, so we struggle to retain our top talent.
