Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

exhausting, under valued, unheard, chaotic

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with my team and my direct manager.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all support one another.

What are some of the best things about your team?

we're all hardworking passionate people

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

it looks good on paper

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They handled the move to remote work well, just not the return to office.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

With so much work and not enough staff, you're never without something to do.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

fixing what's broken before building on it, ease up on the sales push, in post pandemic world don't require Nashville residency for promotion opportunities

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

change the firedrill nature of the work, hire and promote people who don't look like you, pay your people market value and allow fully remote workers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There isn't any plan to address the gender/race gap in pay. If you love what you do and are not interested in promotion, you are not compensated equitably to those now hiring in to a similar position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a hiring manager I have visibility to the current jobs market and just how woefully underpaid I am and my employees/peers are. Recruiting also doesn't do a good job of sourcing diverse candidates. How can you expect morale not to decline when you require B&M work but new hires can be remote.
