Forward-looking, innovative, can-do mentality. Company is thriving economically. Given considerable freedom to try to identify solutions to problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Energy, positivity and encouragement are standard issue with our team. Have not noticed anyone trying to hog the spotlight or blame-seek when things go wrong. Chemistry seems good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Asurion's pay bands in my area have not kept pace with the market, which is making recruitment and retention difficult. Post-COVID the competitive landscape for scarce talent has become essentially national and we need to adapt.
