People are kind and genuinely helpful. I don't get a sense of political in-fighting or jockeying for position between orgs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team stays close and connected, communicating often. We're able to share outside-of-work stuff with each other which helps the relationships feel more well-rounded. I can't wait to be in-person again soon.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team stays visible through frequent all-company calls, sharing about business results, and especially important in the past year - how cultural events are impacting the company, and how we can respond.
