Goals that are realistic stretch vs. crazy goals that are unattainable to make the board happy. Pay me similar to other partner/vendors. i.e. Samsung pays 20-30% more for similar jobs
Less micromanaging at the executive level. Reduce the constant updates to the executive levels in separate forums. I have to update multiple decks on a regular basis that all tell the same story but in different formats
The ability to earn compensation based on a fair goal set/plan. Getting goals out before a period starts and flexibility to make no brainer exceptions without having to get CEO approval for small dollars. Compensation is way too micro-managed
Not being so controlling over every decision that senior leaders and mid-level leaders make. Up compensation to balance crazy inflation. Stop being so robotic on race charged issues. It's become very obvious that DE&I are something to do vs. something genuine
