I feel so safe, secure, and valued in my position at Asurion that I'll be celebrating my 12 year work anniversary in the next few days. Most of my co-workers have been with the company at least 10 years.

I've been with this company over a decade and have broad experience in many areas. However, new hires that start today, make a comparable wage with no experience.

My team is more like family. We feel completely comfortable talking to each other about a variety of topics whether the topics are typically easy or tough to discuss.
