Prior to the last few months my answers would have reflected a higher level of positivity about job security and the executive leaders. However, the response to the COVID conditions and possible vaccine mandate is disappointing. Forcing ATT team because ATT said so, is disheartening.

My team and leading people, my clients, ability to be innovative; coming up with creative ideas to enhance/drive the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The recent change to salary weighing in a little heavier than CSIP. The current conditions and retail environment are very unpredictable and providing many uncontrollables when pushing to reach our business targets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We used to have a "people first" culture. It seems to have changed quite a bit over the last 2-3 years. Now it feels as if the only thing that matters is pushing AOP at all costs.
