This is a great company and I am happy to be here. I would say the inconsistency of "opening back up" throughout the organization is the only thing I criticize. The Ubreakifix team seems to do meetings every other day in person, cant they do meetings virtually? seems wasteful, especially now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is a great benefit and even though I don't take full advantage, I use it to refresh when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being productive and recognized for my effort. We are results based, but recognition goes beyond results. Effort = results!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are so diverse and open with eachother. My direct team has only been together 1 time in 2 years and we feel quite like a strong team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is honest. We are here to get something done and everyone enjoys what they do , so the job is fun. No need to "make it fun" because we all agree that it is!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open communication. During the last couple of years, they did not hide, they stood out front with us and made it clear that we are all in this together. We did not wait for it to pass, but made it a time to adapt and grow. The new normal will be better because of it.
