That I work at home and I am not watch over all the time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to encourage employees more. Offer help where needed. Stop focusing on the bad and focus on what we do good. When raising the start pay they need to increase the pay for workers that have been here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company just raised pay for all new employees and said that employees that have been here would also get a raise to compensate. I am only making a little more than new employees and have been here for over 9 years
