
I am happy in my role but would not want to move up because of what I see my leaders have to do in their role and how dysfunctional it is I would not want to be part of that.

if leadership above our directors would better communicate with one another across all lines of business and with us so that we are better prepared. Too much to type but to simplify it would be nice to see our Sr. Leaders practice what they preach and we dont see them doing that consistently.
