I love the work that I do and the projects I'm involved in. There is something new to be learned everyday and it's very difficult to get bored here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my team members are dedicated to producing high-quality work and give the best feedback as a result. I feel comfortable sharing my ideas and know that support is always there when I need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Asurion pays well below the national average for my role which makes it difficult to maintain life in a major city. However, it is nice to have bonuses when the company meets its goals and annual raises if performance warrants it.
