Asurion has been an excellent company to work for that has helped me to grow as a professional developer. Unfortunately, Asurion is as guilty as any other company of divisive office politicking and does not do the best job of helping their employees grow should they become pigeon-holed.

It's a relaxed atmosphere that is also very progressive
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm developing a new feature using a codebase or framework that I am comfortable with - probably true for most developers!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. The retirement package is lackluster, medical / dental / etc is on-par with other companies. "Unlimited PTO" is a bit of a gimmick since you wind up taking far less PTO due to internal pressures.
