I like working for Asurion but the working from home has it's challenges, I don't feel like I have a good work/life balance due to working from home and all the meetings we're expected to attend.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems and getting all my work done on time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all different and all are able to get along well. It's nice to have different opinions and views. We work and act as one team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy and how they relate to all of us. They get overwhelmed just like we do and it's nice to hear that they go through the same things and express them to the group.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess the unlimited vacation but I would have preferred it stay based on years of service. I don't feel that I get to take off the time I would be entitled to based on how many years I've worked here.
