In my experience I have nothing negative to say. The people I work with in my technical circle are all great. They all see it as a team effort, and this feels like the all around culture in my area of work.
I feel as though I, and others are underpaid for the the work we do. And this includes benefits. The benefits are a joke, about $500 a month deducted from my paycheck and then have to pay deductibles, co-pays, etc. Dental is even worse.
I appreciate my managers and what they do, and how they treat me and my co-workers. As far as higher up leadership, I do not interact with them on a regular basis. But for some of them, there are some things I do take an issue with.
Their attitude and work ethic. They are all amazing people, all with great skill sets that add to the team. Without just 1 person on my team, would be a tremendous loss. I love working with them every day, and enjoy our calls and projects we work on together.
Don't get me wrong, I do like my job, and I have almost no complaints. Never have I thought to myself, I hate this job. I do like it. But like most people, would prefer more time with my family and to continue work from home. 4 day work week maybe? And not 10 hour days, 8 hour a day, 4 day work week
