I appreciate Asurion's recent shift to focusing more on employee well-being as I think it drives higher employee loyalty and engagement. The one area I would highlight as an improvement opportunity is D&I efforts at a senior leadership level (repeated actions do not match words).

Asurion has been a great place to grow professionally over the years. The work/life balance is dictated by me and when there is a need for me to step back personally, Asurion is supportive. I appreciate working for a company that treats me as an adult and understands I have other priorities too.
