I appreciate this company very much. I have wanted to work here since my earliest years moving to Nashville. It looked very promising from the outside and my initial expectations were pretty spot-on. Large enough with enough opportunities to move internally so not planning to leave any time soon.

Diverse, knowledgeable, kind, willing to help and have great sense of humors, even in some of the tougher times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Goals are clear and cascaded down accordingly. They show interest in quality and performance, occasionally, down to ground level for professionals and that presence is appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with the teams with which I work on projects day to day. Most of the people I work with within my department are great and I enjoy collaborating with them regularly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Asurion is working hard to visibly change the demographic balance in the corporate professional realm. There is also a good level of forgiveness and focus on learning opportunities, vs shaming or condemning those who make mistakes or miss the ball on occasion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid Time Off is extremely important and we are permitted to take it whenever needed. Its very flexible and truly "unlimited" without a feeling of guilt. It is easier when there is a team to support and back you up when out but my particular team coverage has been very helpful.
