Making a difference. Having freedom to find opportunities for improvement throughout the org and working with good/smart/intelligent people to find solutions to problems.

Everyone works hard, does not need babysitting, understands the areas for improvement and is continuously striving to get better. And pushing their teams to get better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a diverse workforce and as I get to know people, I learn more about different cultures and personal situations that are different from mine. Feel like a more well rounded human being working at Asurion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clear understanding of promotion standards. The mantra around Asurion is you have to be doing the work of where you would be promoted before you actually get promoted. But once you're doing the work of that higher level, you don't get automatic promoted. Instead you have to wait for people to leave.
