Initially I was very excited but this faded away due to direct management negativity, clear bias, limited support, no coaching except "it is in your court, go and solve it"

Very talented and very competitive which inspires me to keep improving myself

The are inspired by innovations, and selling new ideas, and their $$$ benefits for the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity. Listen, accept, and "actively support" good ideas that may be outside mainstream
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Limited, appreciation, and growth opportunities if you can't belong to the main stream which is mainly white American men
