I've grown a lot since coming to Asurion. I've had some tough times with a prior manager who was since laid off, but I have had great experiences with my managers since then. There are many opportunities to learn at Asurion.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy with my team. Everyone gets along well and we laugh a LOT.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not on our insurance plan, but the other offerings are nice (extra discounts for employees, etc.).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable, caring, and empathetic. I believe they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is important and is invited to bring their whole selves to work without fear of discrimination or negativity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very knowledgeable and they take ownership over whatever tasks they're given. We all have different skills so we work extremely well together and have a well-rounded team.
