Ultimately, I love Asurion but we have not been able to maintain our culture remotely. I miss the team, I miss the events and the things that making a mediocre pay and not always a challenging project on my plate makes up for and still makes me love working when there are lags of fun work

A lot of people truly live by the #OneTeam ideology which makes working with them a pleasure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company talks about being a top employer and trying to retain employees, but I have seen nothing above and beyond to retain me. From benefits, compensation, perks etc. there really is not one thing that every other company of our size offers.
