Overall, it's a great company to work for with great benefits. I just wish I got paid a bit more and opportunities were awarded fairly with fewer lateral moves. I love my team.

My personal leadership team listens and is transparent, so you know what is going on what role you play in it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really tight knot and though I just moved over a year ago, everyone is nice and they will go out of their way to help you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for 8 years and truly every "promotion" has been positioned as a lateral move. When you try to go up or move into another role unless you are a manager or something, you kinda get the short end of the stick in my opinion.
