overall its great i would only have to really stress on the vacation hours I've been here going on 16years and have never had any vacation time given, accumulating hours of pto is not always easy to do. It would be nice if we could get like 1 or 2 weeks at beginning of the year based on seniority

Im thankful I have a job with a great supervisor and co workers,also makes me happy helping out cust making them leave with a smile
What is the best part about your compensation package?
im really hoping that there can be some sort of paid vaction apart from our pto, would be nice for workers with seniority. Its not always easy to accumulate pto hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel there should be some type of raise for those who have seniority. New cust repr are making about the same as those with seniority. Also i would like to see vacation time apart from our pto hours its not always easy to accumulate the hours for vacation
