Overall experience has been great. During the last 2 years things have become increasingly challenging and reactive vs well planned or strategic. Overall very lucky to be here.

When teams come together and solve a problem or we help to move the business forward
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A better "One Team" mentality and the focus of being solutions oriented. I find that a majority of teams will point the blame towards other departments or peers instead of working together to action plan a solution. Some do not wish to do the hard work, but are not held accountable for it.
